Soma Sutra is for the night: for anyone who feels tired yet cannot rest, and wants deeper, more natural sleep. Madhu Nashini is for the day: it supports steady sugar levels and fewer sweet cravings. Many people keep both, one for each end of the day.

Bring fresh water just off the boil. Steep one tea bag in a covered cup for five to seven minutes. Hold the cup in both hands, take three slow breaths, whisper your sealed mantra over the steam, and sip slowly, away from screens.

Soma Sutra about an hour before sleep. Madhu Nashini after lunch, or after your largest meal of the day. One cup a day is the ritual.

Both are 100% herbal, with no artificial flavours, colours or fillers. Madhu Nashini is built around gymnema, vijaysar, jamun seed, fenugreek and cinnamon, with giloy, turmeric and other classical herbs. The full ingredient list for each blend is printed on its tin.

Each tin holds 20 tea bags, which is 20 days of ritual at one cup a day.

Our rituals are made to support you, not to replace medical care. If you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medication (including for blood sugar), please speak with your doctor before beginning.

Every tin carries a private mantra card, a few sacred syllables chosen for that blend’s intention. It is never printed online. You break the seal when your ritual begins.

Hold your warm cup in both hands and speak the mantra three times, softly, letting your breath touch the surface of the tea. Then sip in silence. In Indian tradition, sound and herb have always travelled together; the mantra brings your intention into the cup.

Not at all. Think of it as a moment of focused breath and intention. Many people simply use it as a way to arrive, slow down and mark the start of their ritual.
